All Luxelimo prices are fixed and confirmed before your booking. There are no meters running in traffic and no surprise charges on the day. What you are quoted is what you pay.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and for corporate accounts — consolidated monthly invoicing. Please confirm your preferred payment method at the time of booking.

Cancellation and amendment policies are confirmed at booking. Generally, amendments with reasonable notice (24 hours+) are accommodated without issue. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

For point-to-point transfers there is no minimum duration — you pay for the journey. For hourly hire bookings, a minimum of two hours typically applies. This will be confirmed when you request a quote.

Your driver adjusts to your revised arrival time automatically. Standard waiting time is included at no charge — 45 minutes for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic. Additional waiting beyond this is charged at a nominal hourly rate confirmed at booking.

Yes. For all arrival collections, your Luxelimo driver waits in the terminal arrivals hall with a name board. They will assist with luggage and escort you to your vehicle.

We serve all London airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City, Biggin Hill, Farnborough, Northolt, and Battersea Heliport.

Yes. Please specify your vehicle preference at booking. We will confirm availability and suggest alternatives if the requested vehicle is not available for your date.

Yes. All vehicles in the Luxelimo fleet are ULEZ-compliant. No additional charge is passed on for ULEZ, Congestion Charge, or Clean Air Zone fees — these are included in your quoted price.

Yes. Luxelimo operates Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X, Mercedes EQS, EQE and EQV — all zero-emission vehicles. See our electric chauffeur hire page for details.

Yes. All Luxelimo vehicles carry full commercial hire insurance as required by TfL licensing conditions. Passengers are covered throughout every journey.

Yes. All Luxelimo drivers hold an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate, renewed regularly as a condition of employment.

Yes. If you had a positive experience with a specific Luxelimo driver, you can request them for future bookings. We accommodate this subject to the driver's availability on your requested date.

Yes. Luxelimo operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including bank holidays and Christmas. There is no additional charge for early morning or late night journeys.

All Luxelimo chauffeurs wear a professional dark suit and tie as standard. Dress codes can be adjusted for specific events — please note any requirements at the time of booking.

Yes. Luxelimo co-ordinates multi-vehicle fleet bookings for conferences, AGMs, and hospitality events. A dedicated co-ordinator manages all vehicles and ensures timing is aligned across the entire delegation.

Yes. Many corporate clients book on behalf of guests, executives, or delegations. Provide the passenger's name and contact details at booking and we will co-ordinate directly with the passenger.
