Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026. These terms apply to all bookings made with Luxelimo.

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing by Luxelimo before they are considered accepted. Verbal requests or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. A confirmation email or message from Luxelimo confirms your booking is accepted. All prices are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Pricing

All prices quoted by Luxelimo are fixed for the journey as described at the time of booking. Prices include VAT where applicable. Additional waiting time beyond the free waiting period, route changes, or additional stops not included in the original booking may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before they are applied.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking and vary depending on the journey type, vehicle, and notice period. Full cancellation terms are provided with your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will incur no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

4. Waiting Time

For airport arrivals, Luxelimo includes 45 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included from the agreed pickup time. Additional waiting time beyond these periods is charged at the rate confirmed at booking.

5. Vehicle Substitution

Luxelimo reserves the right to substitute a requested vehicle with one of equivalent or superior specification in exceptional circumstances. You will be notified of any substitution in advance where possible.

6. Liability

Luxelimo accepts liability for direct losses arising from its negligence. Luxelimo does not accept liability for consequential or indirect losses, missed flights, missed connections, or losses arising from circumstances beyond Luxelimo's reasonable control (including traffic delays, road closures, severe weather, or acts of third parties).

Passengers are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Luxelimo is not liable for items left in vehicles, though all reasonable efforts will be made to return found items.

7. Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that respects the driver and the vehicle. Luxelimo reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund where passenger conduct endangers the driver or vehicle, or where unlawful behaviour is occurring.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
